Hi, I'm Courtney!
I’m Courtney, founder of The Midlife Method, certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and menopause coach.
For years, I believed I was doing everything “right.” I had healed my relationship with food, built a strong body, trained consistently, and lived a healthy, balanced lifestyle. But in midlife, things began to change in ways I didn’t understand—night sweats, mood shifts, fatigue, weight gain, and a body that no longer responded to the strategies that had always worked.
Like so many women, I was told these changes were “just part of aging,” but I knew there had to be more to the story.
That search for answers led me deep into midlife physiology, hormone health, nervous system regulation, and a completely new approach to training, nutrition, and recovery for women in perimenopause and menopause.
What I discovered changed not only my own health, but the way I coach.
I created The Midlife Method to help women stop fighting their bodies and start understanding them—using evidence-informed fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies designed for this season of life.
